As a Collection Staff focusing on Operations at Toyota Iligan, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the collection process for the dealership. Your qualifications include a bachelor’s/college degree in courses related to Accounting, Financial Management, or Business Administration/Management, proficiency in Microsoft Applications, excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, organizational skills, honesty, reliability, and credibility. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the collection process for outstanding accounts receivable and overdue payments.
- Implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquency rates.
- Reconcile accounts and discrepancies in payments with customers.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of outstanding balances.
- Communicate with customers regarding payment reminders, overdue accounts, and payment arrangements.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns related to collections.
- Process incoming payments, including cash, checks, and electronic transfers.
- Update customer accounts and records with payment information accurately.
- Generate reports on collection activities, outstanding balances, and payment trends.
- Analyze collection data to identify patterns and trends, and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of collection activities, correspondence, and payment arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with record-keeping and documentation requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as Finance and Sales, to resolve payment issues and ensure smooth collection processes.
- Provide support and assistance to other teams as needed.
