Job Summary:
As a Human Resources Staff at Toyota Iligan City, you will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, training and development, employee relations, and compliance. You will work closely with HR management and other departments t ensure that HR policies and procedures are followed and implemented effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and ensure that all necessary paperwork and requirements are completed.
- Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs for employees.
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in employee relations activities, such as handling employee concerns and grievances and conducting investigations as needed.
