Job Summary:
The Marketing Professional plays a key role in driving Toyota Iligan’s sales and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Toyota vehicles, services, and special offers to prospective and existing customers.
- Identify and pursue potential leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the company.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and recommend appropriate vehicle options.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
- Participate in dealership activities, trade shows, and other promotional events to attract potential customers.
- Utilize social media and digital platforms to market Toyota products and engage with a wider audience.
- Stay updated on the latest Toyota vehicle models, features, and technologies.
- Educate customers on vehicle specifications, financing options, and warranties.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about Toyota’s products and services.
- Prepare sales and quotations, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
- Submit regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- With a pleasant and vibrant personality to represent Toyota Iligan professionally.
- Sales experience is an advantage.
- With excellent communication and marketing skills for effective customer engagement.
- Reliable, with high integrity and a strong work ethic.
