QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or automotive service is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in computer applications and office software.

Job Summary:

As a Service Advisor at Toyota Iligan City, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and support. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers who require maintenance or repair work on their Toyota vehicles. You will communicate with the customer, service technicians, and other departments to ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner while meeting Toyota’s high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and identify their vehicle service needs.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and document all customer concerns and vehicle issues.
  • Communicate service recommendations to customers and provide detailed explanations of all repairs needed.
  • Provide accurate estimates of repair costs and time needed to complete repairs.
  • Schedule service appointments and ensure that vehicles are serviced on time.
  • Follow up with customers after repairs to ensure that they are satisfied with the work done.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues to the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions.
  • Work with service technicians and other departments to ensure that all repairs are completed on time and to Toyota’s high standards of quality.
  • Ensure that the service area is clean, organized, and safe.
