Job Summary:
The Property Custodian / Safety Officer at Toyota Iligan City is responsible for safeguarding the dealership’s physical assets and ensuring a safe and compliant working environment. This dual-role position combines property management with safety oversight to protect both the dealership’s investments and the well-being of its employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all dealership assets, including equipment, tools, and facilities.
- Keep comprehensive records of asset details, such as purchase dates, maintenance history, and depreciation.
- Schedule and oversee maintenance and repair activities for equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate with external service providers and suppliers for repairs and replacements.
- Implement security measures to protect assets from theft, damage, or unauthorized access.
- Monitor and maintain access control systems and security protocols.
- Oversee space allocation, including office layouts and storage areas.
- Ensure efficient use of space and implement changes as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, standards, and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify and rectify potential hazards.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs to employees, covering topics such as emergency response, fire safety, and accident prevention.

- Document and analyze incidents to prevent recurrence.
