Customer Welfare Desk is near to the Sales and Service area for an easier transaction whenever there will be inquiries and complaints. CWD ensures adherence with the Toyota’s corporate philosophy of number one in all aspects and number one customer satisfaction through the conceptualization and implementation of related plans and programs involving both internal and external customers.

Relax while your Toyota is in service. This facility serves refreshments, connects with your family and friends using our free WI-FI, you can read today’s magazines or newspapers, catch up on your favorite TV programs.
Kiddie Corner
Your kids just want to have fun! This facility is located between the Customer Lounge and Sales Reception. Surrounding walls are plastered with puzzle mats showing famous cartoon characters and doubling as a cushion for safety. Kids can spend their time with art materials and toys, comfortably seated on warm color-painted tables and chairs.

Our Toyota-Certified Service Advisor treats each customer contact at the Service Reception as an opportunity to build long-term relationships and trust. From periodic maintenance services to out-of-warranty repairs, necessary recommendations and technical advice are given directly in response to customer’s needs.
Express Maintenance Bays
1-Hour Periodic Maintenance Service, we guarantee a 60-minute servicing lead time through our Appointment System. Customers receive regular maintenance reminders through a Maintenance Reminder System. Our Express Maintenance bays can accommodate 20 vehicles per day, all equipped with modern lifters for efficiency. 1 hour is from receiving to releasing.
Workshop
