Express Maintenance (EM) service is a complete Periodic Maintenance Service (PMS) made faster.
EM guarantees 1-hour service from reception to vehicle release on a qualified PMS schedule.

A: Yes, the one-hour clock starts from the time you sign the Repair Order (RO) prepared by your Service Advisor (SA) up until your SA notifies you that servicing is done.

A: Express Maintenance Service is available at All Toyota Cagayan de Oro Group of Companies.
Q: What happens if there is an additional job?
A: We’ll do our best to find the earliest possible time to accommodate you. However, the one-hour promised time is no longer guaranteed.
Q: What if I need to cancel my EM Appointment?
A: Should you not be able to come to your Express Maintenance Service appointment, just call us and have it rescheduled at your most convenient time.
