Job Summary:
The Utility Staff is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and general upkeep of dealership facilities to support smooth daily operations. This role provides essential assistance in housekeeping, basic maintenance, loading and unloading, and other facility-related tasks, ensuring a safe, clean, and organized environment that reflects Toyota’s standards of professionalism and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Housekeeping & Facility Maintenance:
- Perform regular cleaning and sanitation of offices, showrooms, service areas, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Assist in basic maintenance tasks and minor repairs to ensure facilities remain in good condition.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Operational & Logistical Support:
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials, equipment, and supplies, as needed.
- Provide general support during dealership activities, events, and daily operations.
- Perform assigned tasks across departments as part of rotational duties.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Follow safety protocols, housekeeping standards, and company policies at all times.
- Maintain a safe and hazard-free working environment.
- Immediately report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Teamwork & Professional Conduct:
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient workflow and task completion.
- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and discipline in daily work activities.
- Manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks throughout the day.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least a high school graduate
- With experience in utility, maintenance, housekeeping, or general labor roles
- Experience in cleaning, basic repairs, loading/unloading, or facility support is an advantage
- Possesses good time management and teamwork skills
- Physically fit and medically cleared for manual work
- Reliable, punctual, and disciplined
- Willing to perform multitasking and rotational duties
